MuleSoft Customer Analytics team is looking for a Data Analyst with experience in quantifying users digital engagement journey.
The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for providing a comprehensive view of our customer journey and providing analytical insights into how to improve our customer experience. Responsibilities will include reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions to support information requests related to customer digital engagement. The analyst will be responsible for summarizing and communicating analytics to various business units. Have helped build predictable and measurable strategies for growing customer satisfaction and retention, crafting process efficiencies, and delivering the highest level of data quality for our clients
Have established clear multi-functional responsibilities to ensure productive partnership across our Customer Success and Product teams
About You
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
At least 5 years of Work experience working on Analytics or Data Science with Digital Data
Familiarity with sourcing and using data from product analytics tools like Amplitude, Segment & Appcues
You have experience working with BI tools (Tableau, dbt, Snowflake), data modeling layers, 3rd-party API integrations, and data orchestration tools that will help you get going.
You have good reasoning and judgment about the business-side implications of data analysis and you pride yourself on writing performant, easy-to-read SQL & Python.
Your written communication is clear and you have the ability to distill sophisticated ideas into accurate and easily understandable takeaways will be keys to your success.
Experience with crafting and analyzing AB testing scenarios and hypothesis development
Knowledge of user segmentation and consumer insights experience
About the Team
You will be joining a newly formed Customer Analytics team within MuleSoft Data Org who is working on enabling a 360 degree view of our customers. We are a small team situated within the larger MuleSoft Data team. Every day we get to work with fun product datasets along with field data to help equip our field teams with best possible information to help support our customers.
