    Position summary

    AC region and globally. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications and Marketing for Futureforce, this individual will play a role in elevating the Salesforce employer brand in APAC. Key responsibilities will include marketing to our candidate pipeline, managing programmatic intern and new grad communications on Marketing Cloud and Slack, and positioning our company as the #1 place to start a career. Based in our Bangalore office, they will collaborate with our programs team to bring local events to life, from planning to promotion, and on-the-ground support. The role may involve some in-country travel.

    Our Futureforce marketing team is seeking a talented marketing analyst to help lead our university recruiting efforts in the APAC region and worldwide.

    Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Comms and Marketing for Futureforce, this individual will be pivotal in fostering intern and new grad engagement across our APAC regions. Their responsibilities will include supporting our candidate pipeline, promoting events, and writing and sending emails. They will also be supporting our intern and new grad communications on Marketing Cloud and Slack, managing schedules, and data collection. This person will support our Futureforce employer brand, creating content and keeping our profiles up-to-date. Furthermore, they will spearhead the integration of AI technologies for both team and intern utilization, positioning themselves at the forefront of innovation.

    Sitting in our Bangalore office, this individual will work with our programs team to bring the local events to life, from planning to on-the-ground support, to reporting. The role may include some in-country travel.

    Responsibilities

    • Supports the Futureforce employer brand, including website, external job sites, and internal publications. Develops, monitors, and provides regular updates.

    • Generates reports on the performance metrics of marketing and communication data.

    • Utilizes marketing tools such as Bitly for link tracking, Figma for collaborative design, Marketing Cloud for email, and more.

    • Craft and support Slack campaigns promoting the Futureforce brand both internally and externally.

    • Works with interns and grads from the APAC region to create function-specific content stories.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in Marketing.

    • Ability to analyze data, reporting on insights and recommendations.

    • Self-motivated and able to work well independently in a highly collaborative environment.

    • Highly organized.

    • Able to learn quickly based on edits, feedback, and direction.

    • Results-oriented and able to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

    • Proficient in Google Suite applications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Understanding of the university recruitment space and unique characteristics of this target audience.

    • Strong attention to detail, passion for driving impact, and willingness to tackle technologies.

    • Experience working for a technology company is a plus.

    • Project management skills.

    • Proficient oral, written, and presentation skills.

    • Work cross-functionally with content marketing partners to identify employer brand opportunities.
