    Position summary

    ject Manager to support our Real Estate Creative team. The Real Estate Creative team is responsible for bringing the Salesforce brand to life in our physical spaces across the globe. In this role, he/she/them will manage several projects at one time and be responsible for day-to-day oversight of creative work streams, bandwidth/capacity planning alongside fellow program team, cross-functional team alignment, and end-to-end project management from conception to delivery. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Responsible for

    • Assessing new project requests

    • Identifying scope and missing requirements

    • Creating and managing associated project plan

    • Monitoring and reviewing project progress

    • Adjusting schedules and plans as needed

    • Identifying and resolving issues to ensure project success

    • Coordinating all activities of the project team

    • Ensuring that project tasks are completed by:

    • Scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.,)

    • Documenting and communicating action items

    • Maintaining weekly status reports

    • Communicating status/project updates out to partners

    Accountable for

    • All project deliverables, including reviewing accuracy and quality control of deliverables prepared by the team prior to submission to partners

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills

    • 4+ years creative project management experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment

    • Experience managing cross-functional teams (designers, art directors, creative directors, studio production designers, copywriters) and vendor partners (video animation, photographers, illustrators, experiential production)

    • Experience in print, digital, and/or advertising production timelines and process

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines

    For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

    For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

    For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
