    Department Description: The Salesforce Professional Services- Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) supports consistent high-quality delivery across the globe as Salesforce grows. To deliver on this promise, GDC is expanding its capability and scale to support a rapidly growing professional services.
    Role Description: The Director , Salesforce MuleSoft prof service-Technology Consulting - is a senior management role with a passion and experience for growing world class high-performance teams and successfully delivering MuleSoft professional services to enterprise customers. You work as part of a highly matrixed, cross-functional teams in close partnership and collaboration across services sales, regional delivery teams, customers, and wider ecosystem across salesforce. As a Director-Technology Consulting on our Services team, you will play a key role in the growth of our MuleSoft services practice.
    We are looking for an experienced professional services leader that has hand-on experience in MuleSoft technology and built a large technology competency. Person must be capable of understanding business
    requirements, working with Business/ Technology leaders, Enterprise Architects and End Users to develop a proposed solution and work with the technical team to develop and deploy the solution. This position requires experience with middleware applications, including expert level knowledge with Mulesoft, as well as experience in detailed requirements analysis, software design, testing, and deployment.
    Creating and executing against a delivery hub strategy for Salesforce Professional Services that supports
    25% YoY growth
    • Deep technical expertise in mulesoft technologies
    • Strong experience in building technical & consulting expertise in salesforce MuleSoft services
    • Responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the delivery services can be realistically delivered
    • Scaling delivery centers, attracting new talent, developing existing talent, and retaining employees by creating rewarding growth opportunities
    • Managing team billable utilization and operational metrics for our delivery centers
    • Constant focus on innovation, improve and enhance our global delivery offerings & practices
    • Strong partnership with GEOs and OUs to drive GDC overall value proposition
    This role reports to the VP of WW Global Delivery Centers

    customers achieving those outcomes. As we grow with the rest of the business, the need to continuously attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent is paramount. Given our global footprint,
    our global delivery centers are essential to our growth. As a senior of this team, you will be responsible for further defining the strategy for our global delivery centers, recruiting team members, and executing against the plans. You will be closely partnering with leadership team of Salesforce Professional Services
    on a regular basis to execute against WW Prof services goals.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • 15+ years of experience driving results across large company/multifunction
    • 5+ years of technical experience in mulesoft/related technology
    • 10+ years of work experience in a leadership position in consulting / professional services
    • A senior leader able to operate effectively with C-level executives
    • Strong experience in pre-sales , SoW , estimation , governance and overall delivery
    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to think strategically as well as the ability to handle details.
    • Action-oriented and results-driven.
    • Strong organizational and management skills to manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and staff.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • High energy and passion for the job.
    • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience Preferred Requirements:
