    We have a great opportunity for an experienced, hard-working, flexible, team player and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our Employee Success initiatives and functions with business goals.  We look for a Business Partner with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who has the ability to operate well in a fast paced, ever-changing and demanding environment. Must possess the ability to switch priorities on a dime, and maintain grace under pressure. Background at a tech company and previous experience in LATAM, in especial with Mexico and Colombia, is advantageous.
     
    The Employee Success Business Partner will provide support to LATAM Leaders and work with a Global ESBP team on programs and initiatives, partnering with Employee Success COEs across regions.  Reporting to the Director, Employee Success Business Partner - LATAM, the ESBP Manager will support Sales, Customer Success, and other business functions. Duties for the ESBP Manager will include aligning the people strategy to strategic objectives, enhancing team performance, supporting employee development through leaders, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic ES initiatives, designing succession plans, and partnering across a broad spectrum of HR fields including Employee Relations, Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition to drive business outcomes against the execution of our global ES and local site-level priorities.

     
    Role Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic support to regional leaders of different business functions across LATAM focused on impacting business results through Organization Planning, Talent Management, and overall HR agenda.
    • Develop ES strategies, practices and policies in partnership with HR COEs, such as Benefits, Talent Experience, Employee Relations and ES People Consultants
    • Coach managers on individual & team performance, and also Leadership Development Programs
    • Support deployment of global ES programs such as rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee opinion survey, etc
    • Delivering High Impact Teaming activities in partnership with business leaders
    • Champion off site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience
    • Together with the business-aligned ESBPs, support business acquisitions & integration and restructures in the region
    • Interpret and provide analytical insights based on ES metrics for the business & help the business solve complex issues on employee retention, attrition, talent movements, etc
    • Coordinate the on-boarding of Senior regional leaders
    • Support and implement specific ES projects and local affiliate initiatives
    • Coordinate the local internal communication with Business & Communication Partner
    • Oversee implementation of ES processes at the location, leading compliance with policy and guidelines.
    • Provides feedback and inputs on relevant local statutory or regulatory requirements into the development and implementation of new or improved processes/products/services.
