    Position summary

    ustries CDX team is on a mission to create products that are easy to use and set a high standard for user experience at Salesforce. Our content design team works collaboratively, iteratively, and strategically with our design, engineering, writing, research, and product partners to bring these designs to life.

    • You look at information architecture to make sure the narrative flow and structure of the design is logical and intuitive for users to follow.

    • The experiences you create use simple language to reduce product complexity. You write the words, decide where they go, and how to deliver them inside our apps to help customers achieve their goals with Salesforce.

    • Hand-in-hand with research and design, you work iteratively at the start of the product development cycle. Along the way, you'll gain experience gathering feedback, presenting to stakeholders, peers, and leaders about your work.

    Required Skills:

    • 8+ years managing complex, multi-portfolio content initiatives as a Content Designer (or allied role), with 4+ years leading design-centric content strategy

    • Proven experience partnering closely with Product Design/UX teams to deliver intuitive, well-architected in-product experiences

    • Exceptional in-app writing and editing skills across UI text, onboarding, microcopy, and system messaging

    • Strong grasp of design principles, information architecture, and scalable content systems

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to define key customer scenarios, validate content, and drive prioritization

    • Experience writing for technical and engineering-focused audiences with a strong customer-first mindset

    • Ability to lead cross-cloud or multi-product initiatives, delivering cohesive end-to-end customer experiences

    • Experience defining and evolving content standards, governance models, and scalable processes across teams

    • Proven ability to mentor and grow junior content designers, elevating craft and strategic thinking

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity

    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership

    • Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines without compromising quality

    • High attention to detail, strong adherence to style systems and processes, and quick adoption of new technologies and tools

    • Strong team player and customer advocate
