The Manager BDR is focussed on coaching and developing of Business Development Representatives to prepare them for the next step in their careers.
The teams you lead here at .ORG will directly impact the growth of our overall organisation. You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life. Moreover, you will:
Drive rigorous business development execution, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency, motivate team to succeed through impassioned collaboration, coaching, creative incentives, and broadcast of results.
Lead the Account Development Team, including personally driving when needed critical opportunities to contribute significantly towards pipeline.
collaborate with the marketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with the sales leadership in region to meet targets
Continue to build a world-class organisation through diligent recruiting activities, hiring and managing a complete team of Account Development Representatives
Build and conduct executive presentations for internal stakeholders.
Promote the organisation across the wider business and translate the Business Development values of trust, personal growth, diversity, giving back and innovation.
What we are looking for:
An accomplished people manager with 3+ years talent management experienceExperience in sales, sales development, operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams,
Experience gained leading multi-country/Regional teams.
Strategic Planner: Ability to be forward thinking & plan for the future with items such as Recruitment, Talent Development & Enablement.
Structure Ability to coach at multiple levels
Will have an above average work rate, an ability to withstand stress and a tough but fair management style. This will be coupled with a personal drive to "getting it done and doing the right thing" and the ability to make effective decisions and see them through.
Own and execute on highly visible projects and initiatives that span cross-teams and across offices
Ability to pro actively communicate effectively to both a range of executives but also to multiple size audiences with inspiration and clarity
