Products and Technology
Job Duties: Lead, mentor, guide, and grow a team of talented engineers building scalable, performant, secure, and feature-rich services. Provide performance review and ongoing feedback. Collaborate with other engineering leaders and architects to champion and evangelize best practices in architectural design and engineering excellence. Participate and drive Agile SDLC processes and embrace the continuous improvement mindset. Partner, collaborate, and problem solve with teams across Development to deliver customer value.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering or three (3) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.
Special Skill Requirements:
(1) Spring;
(2) Scala;
(3) Apache Storm;
(4) Kafka;
(5) Postgres DB;
(6) Java.
