MuleSoft is looking for a Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to plan, develop, and complete the marketing plan across the FINS (Financial Services, Insurance, and Wealth and Asset Management) operating unit in North America.

In this role you will report to the Director of AMER Field Marketing and you will work closely with the extended Field Marketing team and Field teams to complete a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be a creative field marketing professional who can demonstrate past success with driving demand, leading cross-functional relationships across varying levels, and crafting a strong impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the FINS leadership team to develop a deep understanding of their business. Build a strategic marketing plan to support exceeding pipeline and sales targets.
  • Represent marketing on sales leadership meetings, QBRs, and own marketing communications to your business unit.
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization to use campaigns and programs that are appropriate for the FINS business unit.
  • Build and complete your own programs, such as regional and 3rd party events, email nurtures, customer marketing, and webinars to fill pipeline gaps and meet the specific needs of FINS.
  • Evaluate the performance and return on investment of campaigns against pipeline goals. Use Salesforce & Tableau to proactively identify trends and opportunities and make adjustments to plans as needed.
  • Develop and lead the FINS Field Marketing Associate.

About You:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • 3+ years event or field marketing experience
  • Proven track record being a strategic partner to field leadership and developing positive relationships between sales and marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo or similar tools
  • Experience managing projects to a fixed budget and shown return on investment
  • Experience leading third-party vendors and contractors
