    Salesforce is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our well established EMEA Payroll team and to support our continuous company growth. This individual will be responsible for processing our payroll, as well as taking part in exciting projects which require cross-functional collaboration with external and internal partners. 

    The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience processing payroll for large volumes of employees (ideally 1000+) and will have knowledge of the local regulations and rules of the countries they are working across. Multi country experience is preferred, and experience in any of the following countries is of particular interest: Belgium, Netherlands, Israel or Nordics.

    The Payroll Analyst will report to the Senior Payroll Manager and will be part of an international team of 17 members based across Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Israel and UK.

    Following our Success From Anywhere policy there is currently full flexibility to work from home from Ireland or Spain - please note relocation and / or visa support is not possible for this position so applicants must already be residing in Ireland or Spain.

    Main duties:

    • Process payroll with outsourced payroll provider ADP

    • Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework

    • Responsible for federal, state and local tax payments

    • Respond to employees questions via our internal Salesforce ticketing system

    • Be the point of contact for internal and external audits

    • Support the accounting team with payroll reconciliations (no accounting will be required)

    • Payroll year-end process

    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives (HR/Payroll/Compliance)

    • Ad hoc project work (M&A, system updates, ....)

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

    • 3+ years of experience in payroll working across several countries, dealing with a high volume of employees. Experience in the following countries is of particular interest: France, Belgium, Italy, Nordics

    • Fluent English

    • Ability to work independently under direction 

    • Proficient in MS Office, with good knowledge of Excel

    • Full legal rights to work in Ireland or Spain (visa sponsorship not available at this time)

    Requirements:

    • Another European language

    • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

    • High-reaching and curious self-starter 

    • Dynamic personality who adopts change and who is passionate about continuous improvement

    • Meticulous attention to detail required
