Finance and Operations
In this role, you will support operations by contributing to the design and effectiveness of preventative and detective measures to enable proper detection and ongoing review as part of the Quote to Cash Compliance Program. This includes business processes, systems, and compliance related to daily business operations and enterprise projects supporting the following: quoting, delivery of service, billing, and ensuring invoices are accurate and complete. You will work with business stakeholders and internal and external SOX, Compliance, and audit teams to ensure that compliance risks are properly addressed via current procedures, and evaluated and revised as needed as part of process and product changes!
Evaluate current operational processes and procedures to ensure that Compliance risks are properly addressed
Identify controls to implement as part of new (or modifications to existing) products or processes. Drive change and influence stakeholders, with the interest of ensuring that these are scalable solutions as the company grows in size and revenue.
Support domain leads through SOX related activities: risk assessments, walkthroughs, control performance, and remediation activities, as needed
Keep leadership and partners current on the progress of Compliance activities (operational and strategic/project-based)
Communicate the progress of and be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of each operational change to leadership and relevant stakeholders
