    Regional Sales Manager
    As a First Line Sales Manager, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives. You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role, you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

    Their teams sell across multiple verticals. The teams (varying from 6-12 team members) sell the entire Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Platform, CPQ, Quip, Analytics etc) to our Growth Business Unit.

    Our Growth Business Unit sells to our customer base with 46 to 200 employees across a diverse set of industries including but not limited to manufacturing, professional services, high tech, media and advertising.

You will be masterful in client engagement and impact how your customers do business in an ever-changing environment. You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.

    Your Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of Individual contributor experience, and 2+ years of managing a team of sales reps
    • Support direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings. Engage other corporate resources as required
    • Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process
    • Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure
    • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
    • Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results
