    Job Description:

    The Sales Programs Office functions as the Pipeline Officers of the company. They serve as internal consultants to the Sales organization, and assist Sales leaders in solving business problems to maximise Sales pipeline generation and conversion. As a member of the Sales Programs Office, a Sales Programs Manager will collaborate across business functions to ensure High Quality Pipeline Generation.

    They will be expected to create and implement Sales Programs that result in Sales Pipeline Generation, Progression, and Closure. This person will work with Data, Reports and Dashboards to understand the gaps in the business.

    In addition, they would also need to work with Sales leaders and Sales Development Managers to identify execution problems in the Sales ecosystems.

    They would need to create high-performance programs for the consumption of the Sales Organization to implement solutions to the identified problems.The Sales Programs Office works in very close collaboration with Sales, Strategy, Sales Development, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure that business problems are being tackled constructively.A Sales Programs Manager needs to have a pragmatic and solution oriented approach to obstacles, along with a strong and holistic business acumen.

    They need to have good communication and negotiation skills, a knack for managing multiple stakeholders, and passion for numbers and data visualization. They need to become comfortable with using various software tools, and an exposure to reporting, dashboarding, modelling, and visualization tools. ​
     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations

    • Design and interpret key performance metrics

    • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives

    • Support strategic initiatives.

    • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes

    • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Minimum 5+ years of business experience is a must.

    • Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning

    • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

    • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills: Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions

    • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or Business Objects (or similar analytical packages) a plus
