    The Sales strategy specialist will play a critical role in the LATAM Sales Strategy group based in Mexico. In this role, he/she will play a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of Salesforce products in LATAM. This role is hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and analysis – requiring a mix of technical skills, analytical skills sales optimisation and business operational support.

    The selected candidate will share responsibility for identifying and reporting on key indicators of regional performance, providing reporting and dashboards regarding the state of the business, and drive ad hoc projects for the sales groups. Projects range from the strategic to the very operational including the annual business planning process, weekly pipeline analysis, weekly sales forecasting reporting, and ongoing key quarterly performance measurements and analysis . Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, tactical business initiatives, and creation of presentations for various company meetings,

    The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating innovative analysis, the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers as well as the energy to contribute to projects impacting and transforming the business. Ideally, this person will have worked or interned in a sales strategy & operations environment, management consultancy, or in a comparable environment that requires business acumen combined with analytical skills, and will feel comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work cross-functionally to establish reporting standards.

    • Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations

    • Drive improvements in our sales process and coverage model through scalable analytics.

    • Support our business units with reporting, dashboards and ongoing analysis and recommendations

    • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives and inform decisions on a daily basis.

    • Assist the business through each stage of the fiscal year planning cycle in the design and implementation of planning models, sales territories and sales quotas.

    • Take part into key strategic initiatives to transform and shape the business for delivering growth

    • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making

    • Interact regularly with different functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT.

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Analyst 2-3 years of experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
    • Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, Business Objects, and logical reasoning
    • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
    • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
    • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
    • Work experience in consulting, finance, or product management is a plus
    • Experience with SQL, Tableau, R, Python and/or Business Objects (or similar analytical packages) a plus
