Primary Responsibilities

  • Winning mainly net new Commerce Cloud business revenue within Enterprise & Commercial accounts
  • Actively develop partnerships in the partner ecosystem to drive new business
  • Ability to do an initial demonstration of the Commerce Cloud capabilities
  • Position Commerce Cloud product and services and improve Customer’s impact
  • Negotiate and build product and service orders, contract addendums and renewals
  • Lead and develop existing contacts and build ambassadors
  • Weekly accurate forecast to sales management
  • Build business plan in collaboration with the extended team in order to drive net new revenue and ensure customer success

Position Requirements

  • Intense, strong focused, self-motivated - to complete well in a fast paced environment

  • Passionate about customer success - active teaming with the extended team

  • Consistent track record with Retail customers of exceeding sales quota preferably (e-commerce, digital marketing) SaaS solutions

  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing

  • Shown commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level

  • Ability and validated experience with critical thinking and complex decision-making

  • Fluent French and English
