Build and evangelize a new era of experiences growth marketing focused on strategies that drive measurable business impact mapped to a clear vision
Lead a team of audience acquisition and sales enablement professionals with unwavering focus, a sense of ruthless prioritization, and a drive for making a positive impact on the business and the team
Guide the event enablement strategy and execution teams to ensure full engagement across sales organization and operating teams including fostering cross-departmental relationships needed to meet KPIs
Reimagine the growth marketing approach to maximize engagement and results for integrated experiences
Commit to being an inclusive and transparent leader who drives accountability in order to develop high-performing teams that thrive on actionable impact
Lead analysis of marketing campaign performance, web, and digital assets, as well as a reporting framework for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and goal attainment supported by Marketing Analytics
Turn data into marketing intelligence, and help past performance lead to pipe-generating future plans
Communicate with the senior leadership team on program execution, results, and impact
Lead relationship with Sales leadership in order to foster a partnership of trust
Champion alignment and collaboration with international counterparts
Establish and drive clear processes for efficient workflow
Key stakeholder in registration enablement and delivery ensuring attendee flow and frictionless conversion
Qualifications and Skills
12+ years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on audience acquisition, demand generation, sales enablement
Must be deeply connected to all data that drives the business including but not limited to pricing, registration, pipeline and ACV models, as well as marketing program analytics such as web, email, and ad optimization
Must quickly grasp company messaging and branding.
Must have experience developing and leading sales enablement programs
Must have experience developing and leading demand generation campaigns and programs with measurable results
Deep understanding of sales processes and selling cycles
Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration
Very strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience managing and growing teams
Curious learner with a growth mindset
Knowledge of Salesforce products, customers, and the ecosystem
Familiarity working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must
Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
