Customer Success Group
The Senior Director / Vice President Renewals, Japan & Korea is responsible for leading a highly visible and motivated team of renewals professionals in Japan & Korea that protects and grows revenues and consistently delivers on individual and organizational quotas. Working in partnership with leadership in our Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations, you will help formulate and execute renewal strategies to protect and grow our revenue base. In addition, you will serve as an auxiliary member of the Renewals Executive Leadership Team.
Effective partnering with Sales, Success, Finance, and Support teams is critical to the role. As is defining and executing renewal strategies, accurately forecasting attrition, pipeline management and flow, developing risk mitigation plays, hiring, and mentoring.
Lead entire Japan & Korea renewals team
Support direct reports by participating and leading customer meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
Become a trusted advisor to Sales and CSG leadership
Ongoing mentoring and development of the Renewals Team
Build monthly meeting cadence with Sales and CSG leadership
Weekly forecast meetings to drive forecasting excellence and accuracy.
Achieve or exceed attrition and incremental ACV targets and provide an accurate forecast and risk analysis of accounts within the region.
Identify and analyze attrition trends, then collaborate with Sales and CSG leadership to develop strategies and action plans to minimize risk in these areas
Assist in the annual renewal planning process for the region, developing go to market and scale renewal strategies
Develop and maintain a renewal management strategy to ensure ongoing visibility and key stakeholder alignment on changes throughout the year
Ensure that Salesforce’s visions, values, and overall goals are being adhered to by the team
Supporting the salesforce innovation center by providing renewals expertise to C-level customer executives
