The Solution Development Team:
The mission of the Solution Development team at Salesforce.org is to deliver innovative demo products at scale to the Solution Engineering team to incorporate the latest product capabilities that Salesforce has to offer and is tailored to meet the needs of our Nonprofit & Education customers. We empower our customers to bring together scalable solutions, gain efficiencies, and tell their stories to achieve greater success.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Drive demo development from idea to reality across multiple industries and product lines for repeatable demo assets or on custom demos.
Proactively get involved in story creation looking for opportunities to enhance our scalable solutions.
Demonstrate your knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and push boundaries to create innovative demos with Solutions partners.
Translate objectives into practical Salesforce solutions, participating or informing the architecture and design.
Lead the development of solutions and deliver against tight deadlines.
Take ownership of relationships with internal stakeholders keeping them informed throughout the delivery process.
Staying up-to-date on the fast paced Salesforce product release cycles to implement new products into our demo environments.
Monitor and respond to stakeholder questions; troubleshoot issues with the demo environments and collaborate with technical teams as needed to resolve them.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years work experience.
Certified Salesforce Admin, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder.
Deep technical experience and knowledge of the Salesforce platform; Flows, Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Analytics, Chatbots, Tableau, etc.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Web development experience (e.g. Javascript, HTML, CSS)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
Curiosity for self driven continual learning and development
Good presentation skills
Desired Requirements:
Experience with ALM tools including CumulusCI, Metadata API, SalesforceDX, Github and Visual Studio.
Experience working at-scale by reusing components and code to push solutions out quickly
Salesforce Developer certification and experience (Apex, API’s, SOQL)
Experience working in Nonprofit or Education or Salesforce equivalent certifications
Understanding of industries and competing technologies.
Experience in a pre-sales or consultancy role
