**The Solutions Consultant Graduate, supports consultative engagements with sophisticated enterprise customers, partnering with key collaborators to build compelling visions while advising and completing strategies. They serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer return on investment.
Solutions Consultant Graduates, are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations crucial to implement business strategies. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a solid understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives.
Solutions Consultants contribute to thought leadership and standard methodologies, both internally in their Community and externally in the marketplace.**
Responsibilities:
Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
Document future state business processes
Write user stories for future state business processes and get client sign-off
Participate in demos and get client acceptance
Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Document and complete deployment steps for Go Live
Own the business analyst role or Quality assurance analyst role and support customers in delivering world-class solutions
Positively impact client renewals (when applicable)
Experience/Skills Required:
Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineer, Business or related field with a graduation date between 2022 and 2023.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & French
**Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)**Shown results leading customer and/or partner success stories
Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended
Travel to client sites (average of 25%), but may be higher or lower based on the client engagement.
