    Position Overview

    As a global company that’s growing at the speed of light, both organically and through acquisitions, we are seeking a senior analyst to join the Data Insights & Scalability team to help our organization scale with this incredible growth. The Data Insights & Scalability team is a cross-functional group that is setting the strategic direction for the group, driving cross-functional process improvement, and scaling for our Global Revenue Operations organization. The Revenue Operations organization is responsible for Quote to Sales Compensation including Product Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Partner Operations, Credit & Collections, Revenue Growth & Automation, and Sales Incentive Compensation.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization in Tableau and hands-on experience with big data sets! The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for bringing new ideas for improving processes, adding automation, and building dynamic dashboards for various leadership teams. We are looking for someone with an analytical approach who will be able to gain meaningful insights and share them with key business partners. Finally, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with a range versatile teams and work with outstanding individuals by collaborating to deliver measurable business impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and handle sophisticated multi-source Tableau dashboards for team members, including executive-level leadership, to monitor operational and productivity metrics in an accurate and timely manner
    • Collaborate with multiple team members to define critical metrics, align on approaches, and audit data to ensure accurate and comprehensive trend analysis and data storytelling
    • Connect and provide data visualizations and analysis to help teams within Revenue Operations and Global Incentive Compensation to drive data-driven decisions that support the overall goals and strategy of the organization
    • Collaborate with the data engineering team to curate effective and scalable datasets to fulfill data visualization purposes
    • Become the data subject matter authority and triage data quality issues, along with developing automated solutions to eliminate manual work

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ yrs of experience in Operations, Finance, and Data Insights
    • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
    • Expert with data visualization tools such as Tableau
    • Ability to be detail-oriented in managing, validating, and auditing metrics and large datasets
    • Experience in data storytelling to executive management to create actionable insights
    • Experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, and aggregation
    • Ability to “connect the dots” between process transformations and data
    • Experience in collaborating with a variety of different stakeholders across multiple organizations
    • Experience in building new processes in an undefined environment (being a trailblazer of a process)
    • Creative problem-solving ability and who is comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Passion and love for data/new technology and understanding industry trends

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Active in the Tableau community, e.g has an established Tableau Public portfolio
    • Experience in data science using technologies/ languages such as Python and SQL
