    Position summary

    t impact the marketing organization. This individual will support the dynamic growth of the business through the design, standardization, and harmonization of data across our internal systems that allows marketing to work faster and smarter. This role will translate business requests and manual processes into real-time views that can scale. The candidate needs to be detail-oriented, outstanding at handling large datasets, and have the ability to transform unstructured data into visualizations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create dashboards & standardized reports using internal platforms and effectively track key metrics for consolidated marketing reporting.

    • Proactively streamline and automate manual processes by connecting disparate data sources through Tableau Prep to eliminate redundant exercises.

    • Document marketing reporting enhancements, data requests, and system requirements from marketing stakeholders.

    • Work closely with systems administrators to translate business requests into design elements, platform functionality, and datasets that can be implemented quickly in production.

    • Audit data completeness in our tools, ensuring marketing teams have the reliable, up-to-date data needed to report on their business and translate spend to performance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Tableau desktop or similar data visualization tool (ability to perform calculations, parameters, etc)

    • Proficient in SQL: ability to write queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

    • Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

    • Detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in fast paced environments

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work and collaborate with worldwide teams

    • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Analytics, and/or Business Operations

    • Salesforce Administrator and Tableau certification a plus

    For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
