    The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive sells the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
    You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

    Our Enterprise Business Unit sells to our largest, top SBF 120 clients across a diverse set of industries

    You would be selling the Customer Success Platform (#1 B2B and B2C platform) and all the outstanding applications including Marketing, Commerce, Service, Communities, Sales, Collaboration, MuleSoft, Tableau and Industries, which are all built on the Salesforce Platform. In other words, you would sell it all while using internal resources from prospect to close.

    Role Description:

    Salesforce is looking for an expert, curious and energic individual with knowledge of technology and proven business-to-business sales and account management experience to join our Sale Enterprise team to focus on the digital transformation of one Strategic Account.

    Key responsibilities are:

    • Build, share with an extended team (sales specialists, sales engineers, business development reps, customer success manager, engagement manager, strategic account advisor, partner account manager, marketing) and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.

    • Lead entire complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications.

    • Promote the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific central initiatives.

    • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while crafting satisfied customers.

    You will work closely with this Customer as a strategic trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will collaborate with them to promote solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisation. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Trailblazers Community.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role

    • Strong background of value/consultative selling

    • Consistent track record to lead an extended sales team

    • Large deal experience

    • Trusted Advisor

    • Innovator mindset

    • Problem Solver & Operational Excellence

    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    • Creativity with strong problem solving skills

    • Experience selling at the "C" level

    • Proficient in Italian and English

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

    • Sales Methodology Education.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

    • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.

    • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
