Role Description:
We are looking for a Japan Success Plan Advisor to understand the market needs and help create and sell Success Plan product offerings, including Premier Success Plan and Signature. The Success Plan Advisor - Premier will partner with Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams, and Delivery Teams to identify customers’ wants and needs, target accounts for Premier & Signature Service, to enable continued Customer Success.

Minimum Requirements :
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in License Sales or Services Sales or Product Management (consulting, technical support or training) required.
Sales Enablement Skills to maximize Service Business.
Demonstrated ability to connect with both technical and line of business executives.
Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent proficiency in Korean & Japanese, Business English communication skill required
CRM experience /Marketing Automation great plus.
