    Role Description:

    We are looking for a Japan Success Plan Advisor to understand the market needs and help create and sell Success Plan product offerings, including Premier Success Plan and Signature. The Success Plan Advisor - Premier will partner with Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams, and Delivery Teams to identify customers’ wants and needs, target accounts for Premier & Signature Service, to enable continued Customer Success.

      • The successful candidate will be independent, proactive, and offer our best customer-engagement in cooperation with sales team. The successful candidate will also be required to be innovative and highly self-motivated to drive internal marketing activities.

    Your Impact (Responsibilities):

      • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery Teams to identify target accounts for Premier & Signature.
      • Serve as the subject matter expert on Premier & Signature how can address customer pain points
      • Qualify accounts, Enable Sales Account Execs / Services Sales about Premier & Signature definition and value proposition, and follow deals to close
      • As the solution expert, provide deal support for Premier & Signature opportunities. Create and deliver detailed, support Services Sales to tailor presentations on appropriate services to prospective customers.
      • Develop, execute and measure sales enablement programs for Premier & Signature. Train Sales and Customer Success Management teams to position and sell Premier & Signature.

    Minimum Requirements :

      • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in License Sales or Services Sales or Product Management (consulting, technical support or training) required.

      • Sales Enablement Skills to maximize Service Business.

      • Demonstrated ability to connect with both technical and line of business executives.

      • Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.

      • Fluent proficiency in Korean & Japanese, Business English communication skill required

      • CRM experience /Marketing Automation great plus.

      • Results-driven, tenacious, drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
