DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Revenue Operations reports into Salesforce Finance and is responsible for the revenue lifecycle for the company. RevOps owns the Quote-to-Cash process which includes everything from Sales Operations, Order Management, Product Operations, Incentive Compensation Design/Ops, to Support & Strategy, and RevOps Data Insights and Scalability. We are the trusted advisor on the ACV lifecycle and are at the forefront of driving continued growth for Salesforce into the future and beyond.
The selected candidates will be joining an established Global Support Sales Operations team who provides support to 2,000+ Account Executives globally under the Small Medium & Commercial business units globally.
YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Learn about and operate within Revenue Operations’ Salesforce instance Org62
Learn and handle Sales Operations case handling best practices for Tier 1-Tier 2 level Sales Ops support
Provide outstanding Quote-to-Cash support and guidance to help Account Executives execute Sales transactions
Contributes ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
Create and update internal departmental Policies and business process mapping
Ad-hoc projects, report generating, data analysis as assigned
