NNSA Requirements for MedPEDs:
If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sandia National Laboratories you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.
If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at Sandia National Laboratories, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.
Salary Range:
$118,500 - $201,400
*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
What Your Job Will Be Like:
We are seeking a team-oriented Manager, to be part of the Project and Product Delivery System Group (10410), Department 10411 - Sandia's Earned Value Management (EVM) Office. This organization will provide support for and advocacy of project management excellence, and serve as the owner and steward of Sandia’s corporate EVM system. The Manager will be expected to continue the vision set pertaining to Sandia's EVM system, lead and continuously improve an organization that stewards a consistent framework for EVM as part of Sandia’s Project and Product Delivery System (PPDS). This work supports Sandia’s projects and programs with EVM, the supporting tools and approaches, and the EVM expertise so that projects and programs can achieve mission success.
The selected Manager will need to partner for success with executive management, peer managers/staff across the lab as well as key stakeholders and sponsors. The Manager will be expected to guide system decision making at all levels of the laboratories. This position provides the opportunity to be a part of furthering Sandia’s EVM system, including leading the Laboratory to EVM certification.
