NNSA Requirements for MedPEDs:

If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sandia National Laboratories you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.

Salary Range:

$88,600 - $146,200

*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

What Your Job Will Be Like:

Organization 03502, HR Solutions, is looking for a solutions-oriented leader, with a passion for delivery of HR services, to lead a passionate team in the area of Talent Acquisition.

In this supervisory role, the selected candidate will help Human Resources (HR) ensure every employee’s, manager’s, and candidate’s experience with Sandia HR is outstanding! This 14-person team of HR Solutions Talent Acquisition professionals (exempt and non-exempt) is charged with ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and simplicity with hiring new and on-roll talent, providing front-line customer service to candidates, hiring managers, administrative assistants, and employees regarding hiring policies and procedures.This work is performed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and one will report to the HR Solutions Manager (organization 03502) in the HR Operations Center (organization 03500).

On any given day, you may be called upon to:

• Be responsible for and supervise the TA Operations staff, ensuring calls, cases, and transactions are completed accurately and timely with excellent customer service
• Guide and provide resolution of critical issues by providing advice and direction on complex questions and transactions
• Review performance goals and provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities
• Collaborate across HR Operations, technology partners, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Expertise, to ensure effective communication and seamlessness of services and programs
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Apply existing technology and provide input on improvement of new technology solutions
• Be responsible for a high-value contract for contingent workforce

Qualifications We Require:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus 5 years related experience (e.g., human resources, talent acquisition, operations management, process management, and/or improvement); or equivalent experience and/or achievements that demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job
• At least 2 years’ experience in an area related to Talent Acquisition
• At least 2 years’ experience leading teams in service delivery
• The ability to acquire and maintain a DOE L-level security clearance

• Experience in process or continuous improvement efforts as well as proven analytical skills and a systems perspective
• Experience in a shared services environment
• A familiarity with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM preferred) and case management systems (Oracle Service Cloud preferred)
