WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
English Candidate is responsible to support the Manager for the Phone Channel - both inbound customer support unit and the Phone Channel for both Personal Loans and Credit Cards. The Candidate will monitor the phone system to ensure SLA's are met and that there are sufficient team members covering the phones to avoid abandoned calls and to ensure customers are being serviced. The Candidate will also complete Quality Assurance Reports by listening to calls daily for quality assurance and coaching and mentoring. The Candidate will assist with projects and handle escalations and respond to our survey "close-loop feedback".
