WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading the financial strategy and analysis for Santander’s Consumer Finance products. Activities include development of new product and initiative business cases, assessment of financial results, strategic planning and budgeting and ad hoc strategic and financial analysis as needed to support the business decision making processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 5+ years Financial Planning and Analysis in the Banking or Financial Services Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive issues/projects to closure.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients, plan accordingly, and exceed expectations.
Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving.
Demonstrated financial modeling knowledge and skills with strong analytical, qualitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels of management.
