    Position summary

    Account Manager/Client Service - Equity SwapsNew York, United States of America

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist during the onboarding process of clients by making sure all platforms and internal systems have been set up properly;

    • Processing and monitoring of collateral calls;

    • Processing and monitoring of life cycle events for equity swaps transactions such as unwinds, expiries, roll overs, interim payments, corporate actions;

    • Address ad hoc queries from clients, front office;

    • Drive continuous improvements efforts, while reducing risk across all touch points in the trade path;

    • Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries

    • Assist in performing cash and portfolio reconciliation vs counterparty positions

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

    • Knowledge of derivatives and operations experience will be an advantage;

    • In-Depth Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient in Excel;

    • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism;

    • Excellent organization an time management skills

    • Ability to communicate with all levels within the line of business

    • Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Strongly Preferred

    • Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the a ability to execute on assignments independently

    • Strong analytical/ problem solving Skills

    • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

    WORK EXPERIENCE
    Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience in Finance, 3-5+ years of experience

    Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking.
