Sr. Associate, Transformation Readiness, Columbia Park – Corp, Dorchester, MADorchester, United States of America
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsibility Statements
Design and implement readiness plans to ensure that customers and employees are prepared for change and have all the necessary resources.
Coordinate change management, communications, training, readiness, and post go live support activities.
Conduct current state and impact assessment and work across teams to design and implement solutions for the digital transformation readiness.
Assess and prepare for readiness from project initiation, through requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation, and production support.
Support the design and implementation of a target operating model across teams and channels.
Facilitate discussions, surveys, focus groups, and workshops to articulate vision, understand user and customer needs, and gather input to create recommendations and roadmap.
Construct targeted change management plans, including communications planning, change impacts, organizational readiness, and training plans.
Help identify potential issues and points of friction and work on solutions to ensure successful transformation.
Oversee tasks of the Training, Communication, and Procedures teams to develop the strategy and plans.
Work with Risk, Legal, and compliance to ensure all pre-launch conditions are met prior to go live.
Coordinate post-go-live support model and Hypercare activities.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Technology-related field. (Req)
Work Experience:
4-6 years of experience in project coordination/management, change management, operational readiness.
Experience in operational readiness, change management, program management, training, change readiness, or business readiness.
Previous experience in a digital transformation project or program is a plus .
Skills and Abilities:
Passionate about developing a world class product, constantly striving to understand how we can improve.
Ability to empathize with our clients and the end users to develop a solutions to meet their needs.
Familiarity with user research, user-centered design principles, process transformation, and data analytics.
Ability to facilitate conversation between stakeholders with competing priorities.
Proven track record in delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication skills.

Adaptable and receptive to change.
Able to work with geographically dispersed teams.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking.
