WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the entire recruiting process.
- Learn the different steps in the selection and assessment of candidates for different programs such as internships, temporary and full time employees
- Assist in the posting of positions in the universities and career sites and also in the revision of resumes.
- Coordinate interviews and be a key contact point in the Internship Program.
- Assist the Training responsible with coordinating training sessions, training database, catering and training signing sheets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) in English & Spanish
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office : PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
- Dynamic, proactive and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner
- Very organized and able to multitask
