WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Omni-Channel Media Director will facilitate the development and execution of a comprehensive media strategy for the Company and all of its affiliated entities.
Additionally, the Director develops, implements and evaluates all marketing policies in accordance with business strategies and objectives.
Key organizational responsibilities for the Omni-Channel Media Director
Serve as a key thought leader for Santander Bank NA’s paid media ecosystem driving the acquisition vision and strategy with the Head of Digital Marketing.
Focus on acquisition, conversion, loyalty and a differentiated omni-channel experience. In this capacity, forge strong working relationships with the Head of Digital Marketing, Social Media lead as well as the other partners and stakeholders.
Working across all platforms, leverage data to develop targeted marketing campaigns that enhance the brand, reflect current consumer trends, and anticipate where the consumer is going.
Lead the continuous enhancement of all Santander Bank NA consumer facing media properties
Oversee the effectiveness of the media plans and optimization of performance.
Tracks and manages media budgets and execute applicable programs against it.
Develops and executes media strategies and plans. Identifies and develops key insights into clients, the marketplace, competitors, macro tends and market opportunities.
Analyzes marketplace trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth, defines targeted customer segments and associated messaging, optimization of media and mix for optimal performance and conversion.
Establishes, implements and ensures that bank is armed with relevant media venues, tools, affiliate partnerships, etc to support in achieving our growth targets. Ensures alignment to our branding standards throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.
Create media strategies that are cohesive, consistent, and engaging. Grow and upgrade organizational capabilities in digital/social and seamlessly integrate marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints. Understand consumer journeys and shifts in online behavior as well as competitive activity.
Work with cross-functional partners in Marketing, data and IT to define an acquisition strategy that reflects evolving consumer behavior and leverages data, business analytics, and digital technologies including social media and mobile platforms.
Maintains current knowledge of marketing techniques of competitors.
Manages the marketing services team that executes media strategies in support of business lines marketing plans.
Manages the implementation of customer acquisition campaigns via all media channels (Broadcast, Digital, Social, print, OOH, etc.)
Executes campaigns within budget. Maintains communication plans for marketing/communication initiatives within budget.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 9-12 years ; Marketing
5+ years managing media strategies
Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with and influence senior management.
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Must have excellent professional presentation skills, and the ability to interact and engage all levels of management/leadership.
Ability to regularly evaluate workload and prioritize projects.
