Pricing Strategy Implementation Lead AnalystDallas, United States of America
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Sr. Associate, Policy and Governance candidate will provide critical assistance and focus on risk monitoring and control activities, including external regulatory examinations, internal audits, Independent Compliance Risk Management activities and regulatory compliance activities.
Researches, develops and implements competitive pricing programs and/or banking products and services for various lines of business to appropriately price based on risk, deposit, or credit goals while maintaining profitability.
Continuously monitors the market and competitor strategies to ensure pricing is in line to provide consumers and/or clients a fair price while maintaining market share and/or deposit levels.
Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the pricing strategy changes from inception through introduction into the marketplace.
Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards.
Directly responsible for developing the strategy and structure for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices
Establish and oversee the processes to govern, improve consistency for, and monitor adherence to policies and standards
Serve as an advisor and coach to new or junior level staff on procedures and work processes across multiple departments
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 9+ years Related experience, 9-12 years
Advance proficiency of relationship databases: SQL and/or SAS
Trustworthy with the most sensitive and confidential of information
Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills, including astuteness in assessing appropriate content and tone for relevant audience
Highly engaged, goal oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
Extremely organized, reliable and highly attentive to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
