WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Retail Real Estate Coordinator specializes in providing administrative support for Santander Bank's Real Estate Department. The Coordinator performs data entry, maintains department files, distributes mail, and assists with the preparation of agendas, materials, and notes for meetings. The successful candidate must be detailed oriented with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Business, Finance, Facilities Management or equivalent field.
3+ years proven experience in same or relevant position
Create, review and distribute bi weekly Retail Transaction report.
Assist with obtaining OFAC reports for new leases.
Complete, maintain and distribute REAFs for all Retail transactions and solicit approval by Retail Real Estate and Accounting.
Maintain, distribute, and report out on all critical dates.
Manage the tenant improvement process for all Real Estate transactions.
Take notes in meetings and/or conference calls to share with the respective members of team.
Communicate to Project Management team landlord's work responsibility on all transactions in writing.
Create and maintain a file for all Real Estate transactions that reports turnover dates, rent commencement dates, and possession dates
Coordinate obtaining and filing all facility reports for branches that had planned construction.
Report and distribute all surrender and restoration language to team on branches that are closing or vacating.
Ability to establish relationships with internal and external Operations partners, National and Local market real estate developers, and brokers.
Must be detail oriented, analytical, highly efficient problem solving of complex tasks in a fast paced environment.
Able to effectively communicate and negotiate, both orally and in writing.
Exceptional time management skills, strong organization and prioritization required.
Intellectual curiosity. action oriented, self-driven with an ability to work field based with little supervision.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Adobe, SharePoint and tools such as Google Earth and/or other mapping software.
