Senior Business Systems Analyst - Commercial LeadingBoston, United States of America
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Designs, plans, and governs strategic and cross-organizational optimization of the company's systems, processes, or components to deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting the company's business needs. Works with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the company's IT strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. Ensures that the business and IT are in alignment by linking the business mission, strategy, and processes to IT strategy, and documents this using architectural models or views that show how the company's current and future IT needs will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
Accountable for Technical Design and solutions for the Solifi lease/loan accounting systems InfoLease (Onboarding, account servicing and disposition) and Rapport (application, underwriting and setup), and all associated vendor products. Covers support roadmap including issue resolution, request management, upgrades and enhancements.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: Develops understanding of key strategies, business drivers, and business objectives in order to research technology landscape and recommends enhancements of technology solutions to all levels of the company. Reviews existing business processes and establishes metrics to improve business processes, as well as support of all architectural disciplines under their direction. Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and upcoming vendor products and solutions. Develops a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state (as defined in partnership with IT/Business leadership).
As part of the internal IT team, the resource will also be required to attend daily and/or weekly status meetings with both the internal staff and the related vendors. If issues go beyond the internal team capabilities, the resource requires the ability to effectively escalate and work with the vendor until a resolution is accomplished. Strong development skills required.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking.
