Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company. Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements: Updates weekly, monthly and quarterly bookings forecast and provides insightful reporting on key metrics and analytics to drive company goals. Builds models to analyze bookings and pipeline trends, productivity, performance. Tracks and reports Operating Expenses. Presents findings and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams. Assists with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle. Utilizes business intelligence tool to extract data and present through charts & diagrams. Develops recurring reporting aimed to improve existing processes and identify areas of opportunity. Analysis of workflows to improve quality and lead time, while reducing errors in processes. Investigates and answers inquiries/issues regarding index data. Communicates with internal partners as well as external vendors on a daily basis. Maintains a thorough knowledge and awareness of legal requirements, regulatory environment, and legislative changes. 0 Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
