    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    Pipeline Processing Position job description      

    Responsible to engage all our customers and prospects once they submitted their loan application to us for processing.

    Send the Good News Email or Good News Call

    Follow-up with each application in the timeline specified in the procedures

    Upload documents from the generic mailbox in the rare instance the applicant cannot self-serve

    Maintain the daily pipeline report to ensure all applicants are being kept informed and engaged, with a strong focus on prospects as they require more documentation and don’t have a local branch to visit

    Complete outreach to applicants that are ready to close but haven’t esigned their documents

    Monitor the queues along with reports that are sent out each day

    Update the system with all activity for each application for audit purposes and to account for the daily production performance standards

    Complete the required outreach by phone to have a reasonable sample size for the quality review scorecards

    Complete the quality review of document submissions before they go to the underwriter for an analysis

    Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including completing the requiring annual training 10 days prior to the due date

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent field. (Req)
    in

    Work Experience:
    Experience in Project management, integration of business processes, systems, and/or products., 0-3 years (Req)
    Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com) and Business Intelligence tools., 0-3 years (Req)

    Skills and Abilities:
    Ability to multi-task and keep initiatives on track simultaneously
    Excellent communication and organization skills
    Excellent analytical capabilities including SQL, Excel and relational database skills
    Detail oriented, organized and analytical
    Must relate well to all kinds of people, listens and builds constructive relationships, uses diplomacy and tact
    Shows creativity and innovation in presenting ideas
    Demonstrated ability to operate independently with broad general guidance against a framework of defined business objectives
    Ability to drive projects and activities to successful conclusion, operating with a high sense of urgency
    Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    Conscientious with strict attention to detail

    Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
