    Position summary

    d solutions according to customer needs and objectives

    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

    • Forecast, analyze customer data and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and present the progress on a quarterly basis

    • Prepare and maintain on-going a detailed Account Plan for each of the Territory Accounts

    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

    • 8+ years of proven work experience with a large national retail client (Rona, BMR, or similar) as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or other equivalent role

    • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in a relevant discipline

    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

    • Ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment

    • Ability to travel about 50% of the time nationally and sometimes internationally

    • Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
