Employ technical writing skills to write project documentation and reports
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in a related chemical engineering position that includes process simulations, process design, process operations or an equivalent technical role
Experience must include knowledge and use of steady state and/or dynamic simulation software. Exposure to process engineering, refinery processes, Operator Training Simulator systems is a plus
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative, effective and efficient ways.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage diverse workload
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Supervisory experience is a plus
Other
Fluency in English (oral and written), other languages are beneficial
Culturally sensitive and globally aware
Willingness to travel internationally
