Manage emissions reporting projects from start to finish, including strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of reports all in compliance with reporting standards per GHG Protocol
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and analyze energy data necessary for emissions reporting, identify key emissions sources, and develop content for reports
Monitor and report on emissions performance, including data collection, analysis, and benchmarking against emissions reduction targets
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our emissions reporting practices and contribute to the development of thought leadership on emissions reporting
Ensure seamless delivery of contracted services to our customers, serving as the vital link between clients and internal operational teams
Accurately input and manage client data in our reporting portal, Resource Advisor, while identifying and addressing any potential gaps
Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate new client rollout and build strong client relationships at both plant/field and corporate levels
Coordinate energy tenders and manage energy budgets for our clients
What skills would make you the successful candidate:
Customer Focus: Providing exceptional customer service is a key responsibility. You should have a customer-centric approach, ensuring clients' needs are understood and addressed
Prioritization and Organization: You should be able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize your work. Given the abundance of information, you must be able to sort through it efficiently and make appropriate and timely decisions
Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: You should possess the ability to thoroughly analyse and understand provided data This includes identifying any gaps in data collection initiatives
Proactive and Initiative-Driven: The candidate should have a proactive mindset and be able to take initiative without being explicitly instructed. They should be self-motivated and demonstrate a "winner mentality" by recognizing tasks that need to be done and taking action accordingly
Responsibility: Collaboration with internal teams is essential. You will work closely with them and oversee and monitor their work before it is delivered to the customer. Taking responsibility for ensuring the quality of deliverables is important
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing technologies and client requirements is important. A Client Delivery Specialist should be flexible, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
What we need from you:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (environmental protection or sustainability is a plus)
Fluency in English is a must
Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot functions, is a must
Strong analytical and organizational skills are crucial
Familiarity with sustainability and energy industry terminology is a huge plus
Experience in energy procurement or financial report delivery is also a huge advantage
