Client Operations & Program Support
Execute standardized operational workflows for assigned French and Benelux SME clients (per GAC model).
Manage day to day service requests, deliverables, and follow ups through digital and hybrid channels.
Support routine program tasks such as onboarding, reporting, data updates, and documentation management.
Ensure consistent delivery in line with GAC service standards (speed, accuracy ) .
Support renewals of our commercial agreements with SME clients under a low-touch commercial process
Sourcing Support
Support sourcing activities including RFI/RFQ preparation, supplier communication, and bid comparison.
Ensure RFPs follow standardized playbooks to reduce cycle time and improve client experience.
Quality, Efficiency & Process Discipline
Follow all GAC workflows defined by the GAC Manager and SET leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation opportunities.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance across systems and tools.
Support the team with training on commercial process es
Cross functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
GAC India team for context on clients, escalations, and commercial alignment
CoE teams for specific technical inputs where required
GAC Manager in India for workload allocation, and performance coordination
Act as a n accountable , consistent delivery expert on standardized activities.
What we need from you:
Experience in client operations, energy procurement programs, service delivery ( 4 + years ideal).
Strong working proficiency in Dutch ; English required .
Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow standardized processes.
Comfortable communicating with suppliers and clients via email and virtual channels.
Ability to work in a fast paced , digitally enabled environment.
Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to early stage team building (GAC) .
