Position responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Complete understanding of the basic operation of customer facilities including, but not limited to, the client's business operation, key contacts and their respective roles, their market risk tolerance, industry pressures, project investment requirements, and energy information infrastructure
Ability to learn new offering content and directly engage client with opportunity to sale
Determine key client stakeholders for the successful management of demand side deliverables
Advise and develop client vision, create a strategic energy plan, and manage against it, including determined key performance indicators, with the internal team members
Communicate regularly to assigned stakeholders within client organization and ensure buy-in for project goals and objectives
Responsible for client contract renewal, addition of available energy demand side management services, and negotiations of said items
Collaborate with internal sales teams to introduce Schneider Electric's capabilities to the assigned clients and identification of potential solutions to be offered
Lead, manage, complete, and delegate tasks specific to the assigned clients to ensure each client is served with excellence and sees the value being delivered
Lead the assigned clients to making cost effective decisions related to their energy costs and usage to strategically position each company
Coordinate assigned client meetings using internal resources when appropriate, prepare the materials for the meeting(s), and present to all levels of the client's organization
Ability to learn and effectively use Schneider Electric's proprietary databases designed to assist in managing the client's energy program
Essential skills and qualifications:
Preferred degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related areas
2-5 years of experience, with a (or will have a) 4-year college/university degree by the start date
Demonstrated leadership in previous organizations/work environment
Communication skills, building rapport easily, and social skills are a must
This individual should demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, manage relationships, identify and solve problems, and drive exceptional results
High interest in the energy industry and generating or leading energy related opportunities for an end user
Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient using task management programs or knowledge with Asana
High commitment to the company's vision and values
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally
Effective working in team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that

Most of the work is sedentary. However, when performing job site visits the employee will
encounter: moving over rough or uneven surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching,
reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy to light items. Transporting of items
such as laptop computers, driving an automobile, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of
those an employee encounters while performing the primary duties of this job. Reasonable

While performing the primary functions of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office
environment. During periods of project site visits, the employee will be exposed to outside weather
conditions as well as mechanical equipment rooms which could consist of confined spaces and loud
noises. Employee may work in different environments while on various job sites. This job will require
approximately 40-60% travel to project sites. Travel will occur using an automobile or by airplane to destinations.
