Data Center Solutions Technical Manager - East Asia

al interface between customers, commercial teams, and engineering departments** to deliver complex data center infrastructure projects in East Asia.

• Are responsible for the technical integrity of solutions from the tender phase to commissioning, ensuring Schneider Electric's solution (Electrical distribution, UPS, cooling systems, and automation systems) - are designed and installed according to customer specifications.

What will you do?

1. Technical Leadership & Design Oversight:
Lead and mentor technical leaders in the definition of the full technical solution during pre-bid and bidding stages ensuring it meets customer key success criteria (performance, quality, cost effectiveness...)

2. Project Execution & Delivery:
Oversee project delivery from initiation to closing, including design reviews (including design dependencies with all technical packages), design optimizations, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT),

3. Processes, Quality & Risk Management:
Oversee quality reviews of engineering designs, drawings, and documentation, while managing technical risks and resolving engineering bottlenecks. Drive standardization of technical solutions and processes across customers to ensure consistent support for customers in the East Asia zone.

4. Community of practices, Coaching & Innovation:
Act as the main interface between his team and Line Of Business / Innovation Centers to ensure the technical leaders team fully leverage SE latest innovations in the data center construction business. Identify, formalize & share and implement lessons learned and best practices within the technical leaders team. Drive collaboration with global technical teams, factories, Subject Matter Experts.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Master's degree in Engineering.

• Fluent English.

• Other languages are a plus.

• 10 years in leading technical scope of customer projects, or parts of large & international customer projects.

• 3 years of Technical experience in the data center contruction project is a strong plus

• Ability to lead with agility in a complex & matrix environment.

• Ability to communicate (written, verbal) clearly in a concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy.

• Ability to convince stakeholders on the proper project technical strategy

• Ability to learn from others, share her/his knowledge, coach others and collaborate efficiently.
