• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with other ETL tools and platforms.

• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and managing ETL processes.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and Alteryx.

• Experience working with cloud-based data solutions, particularly AWS Redshift.
