    Position summary

    ize the machine assembly build , Installation and commissioning of machine
    at plant
    Animate at daily frequency the SIM1 with appropriated progress indicators & action plan
    Participate at investment proposals, transverse projects & action plan with MDC technical team. Propose any new ideas to
    improve performance of the machine
    With the support of MDC Electrical , Mechanical design team , Implement the Preventive maintenance check list and train the
    receiving plant methods and maintenance team.
    With support of procurement team follow up for materials needed for Assembly , plan to size the team accordingly.
    Develop technical competency as individual and assembly team to develop autonomy in setter function by training and
    development

    Qualifications

    Education: NTTF / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics
    Job Related Experience: 2 to 4 years' experience in Machine assembly /Maintenance
    Business Understanding: General manufacturing processes in Electrical/Auto/Auto auxiliary Industry , Machine
    Assembly knowledge
    Others (e.g. language skills,
    technical skills):

    • Pneumatic knowledge, mechanical manufacturing, automatic assembly,
      -Able to understand , interpret mechanical drawings , Suggest improvement in Machine design
    • English both oral and written , Local languages - Kannada , Telugu , Tamil will be a plus
    • Communication skill for technical exchanging with Customers
    • Equipment & Process solution creation
