Participate in VSM & EVSM activities, LADM for all Assembly lines
Qualifications
1
Conducting the Time study & establishing the capacity & production norms.
2
Development of Jigs & fixtures (Poka-yoke, Jidoka) for production.
3
Development of new Layouts & also improvement of current layouts.
4
Productivity & Efficiency improvement projects. Implementing the Lean manufacturing concepts, value stream approach & cost reduction improvements in the shop floor.
5
Execution of New Projects, new assmebly lines, System development, Infrastructure development, Taking part in cross functional team activities - Six sigma, lean projects.

Material handling & storage system definition & implementation.

Design & development of MHE's.

Shop floor ergonomics diagnosis as per SE guidelines & drive the ergonomics improvement action plans.

Co-ordinating for safety improvements.
