Content Creation Support

• Create simple content such as social media graphics, email templates, and one‑page PDFs.
• Use Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Use AI tools to help generate or improve content.

Portal & User Support

• Help update the "What's New" section in the portal.
• Assist with basic reporting and identify content that may need updates.
• Support internal users by answering simple questions and helping onboard new users.

Operational & Process Support

• Assist with Workfront task updates and tracking spreadsheets.

• Work with campaign owners to keep content requests organized.

• You're comfortable exploring AI tools to speed up content creation.

Organized and Detail‑Oriented

• You keep track of multiple small tasks and follow instructions carefully.

• You are proactive in asking questions and seeking clarity when needed.

Skill Requirements

• Strong design abilities using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar.

• Comfortable prompting and using AI for content creation.

• Understanding of brand guidelines and marketing best practices.

• Fully proficient in English.
