eam responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all components of change management, including communications and training for global programs, projects , and regulations changes across the Global Export Control Center of Excellence (CoE).
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Implement change management strategies tailored for export control projects. Assess the impact of changes in export control regulations, policies, or procedures and create plans to ensure compliance and achieve organizational goals.
Actively engage with stakeholders involved in export control projects, including project teams, legal and compliance teams, government agencies, and business units. Foster open communication, manage expectations, and address concerns to gain support and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop comprehensive communication plans specific to export control projects. Identify key messages, target audiences, and appropriate communication channels to effectively communicate project updates, changes in regulations, and compliance requirements.
Implement the communication plans by delivering clear and timely messages to the relevant stakeholders. Organize meetings, workshops, or training sessions and utilize various communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and intranet portals, to ensure effective dissemination of information.
Assess the impact of changes in export control regulations, policies, or procedures on project activities, systems, and stakeholders. Conduct impact analyses, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance.
Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies within export control projects. Use feedback to refine and improve approaches, ensuring continuous improvement in compliance and project outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Change Management, Business, Communications, or Project Management.
Project management experience
Proven experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
Expertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams
Bonus - An understanding of export control regulations and compliance requirements
Bonus - Knowledge of Schneider Electric product and or business unit knowledge
