Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management
Proactive participation to team collective initiatives and management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals
Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc)
Support services planner, project managers and sales engineers to get good customer site condition understanding
Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide architecture solutions to customers
Use all digital tools designed for SE Services Representatives
Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize install base and generate business opportunities
Perform Services Operations in the field by providing best practices to customers and keep customer satisfaction in a high level
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
University or Technical University (AEI/TEI) Electrical Engineering Degree.
Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
4-5 years equivalent experience in a related field, preferably specialized in cooling
F-Gas certified technician with equivalent work permit as per Greek legislation.
PC Skills: advanced, especially regarding MS Office Suite.
Driving license.
IT knowledge on general connectivity and network integration of devices
