    Position summary

    evelopment of drawings and documentation on assigned projects

    q Awareness and compliance with project quality procedures (QA)

    q Manage individual priorities, deliverables and utilization (time management)

    q Onsite project work as required

    q Inform Project Manager of all variations and risks in a timely manner

    Technical:

    q Ensure technical skills and knowledge permanent improvement in line with corporate direction

    q Contribute to improving Engineering Capabilities/Processes by sharing knowledge and ideas

    q Ensures that activities conform with relevant government regulations, company policies, standard and ethics q

    Communication & Reporting:

    q Contribute to specifications, functional descriptions, and manuals

    q Consult with colleagues in areas of technical expertise

    q Identify opportunities to widen the use of the company's solutions within projects, where relevant

    q Conduct all communications in a professional manner

    q Keep Project Manager up to date with current progress and participate to communication Plan to maintain client relationship

    q Provide early warning to the Project Manager of impending problems or issues q

    Relationship Management

    q Maintains and encourages appropriate communications and cooperation:

    § with customers / partners /supplies

    § with our entities within =SE= divisions and entities

    § with project team

    Administration/General

    q Perform administrative duties as related to the role including timely completion and submission of timesheets and expense claims

    q Comply with company standards and policies

    q Keep Document Management System up to date with all Reports and documentation for Engineering on the project ( inc. digital Archives )

    Health, Safety and the Environment

    q Complies with company and customer HS&E standards and policies from Solution design to execution.

    q Takes a personal interest (or 'actively owns') HS&E issues and activities within your area of responsibility - lead by example.

    Main interactions

    Project Manager, Project Team, SE Factories, Installation & site Team from Schneider and Client,

    Partners and Suppliers.

    Qualifications

    Education and skills

    q Electrical Technical College /Technical Diploma

    q CAD software expertise

    q Undersanding of Electrical Distributor system design (LV / MV)

    q English
